Something we recently started

The Arijes have officially joined the 8-week transformation challenge. We are completely transforming our routines, mind, and body for 8 weeks with hopes to continue this new lifestyle. We realized that neglected self-care was a really big issue for us. This is way more than just working out - its discipline. It really didn’t take much disruption, we simply reshuffled our daily routine, focused on what was a priority, and just got shit done.
